Security Alarm Permit

Any business or resident with an alarm system must submit a one-time application along with $10.00 fee. Each address with an alarm has two free false alarms per calendar year, each alarm after that is subject to a fee outlined in the city ordinance. Any changes that need to be made to the contacts can be made by calling the Sun Prairie Police Dispatch Center (608-837-7336), a new form does not need to be filled out. 

In addition, it is requested that businesses fill out a 'Business Information Form,' in addition to a permit - more information below.
