Electronic and Appliance Collection Event
A special collection day is scheduled for Saturday, October 22, from 8:30 am until noon at the Recycle Center, 1798 S. Bird Street. Residents can bring in electronics and appliances with Freon for recycling. For a full list of items that will be accepted and prices see our brochure.
Fall Yard Waste and Brush Collections
To ensure collection of your materials, please make sure they are set out properly by 7:00 AM on the first day of your collection week.
Yard waste collections will occur city-wide beginning on Monday, October 17 at 7:00 AM. If you have miss the first collections for fall, a second round of city-wide collections will begin Monday, November 7 at 7:00 AM. Yard waste can also be taken to the Recycle Center with a permit.

Brush collection will occur city-wide beginning on Monday, October 24. Have all materials out properly by 7:00 AM to ensure collections. For more information http://www.cityofsunprairie.com/462/Brush-Collection.
Fall Recycle Center Hours
Fall hours for the Recycle Center will begin on Monday, October 17. These hours will be in effect until December 3. The fall hours for the Recycle Center are: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
