[ARCHIVED] Changes to curbside collections

The new contractor for city-sponsored collections will be Pellitteri Waste Systems.
- If you feel your collections have been missed, please call the contractor directly at (608) 257-4285.
- When you have bulk items to get picked up that don't fit in your cart (couch, mattress, shelves, etc.), call directly to the contractor at (608) 257-4285.
- If you have extra bags of refuse you wish to get collected, call the contractor at (608) 257-4285. They will accept a debit or credit card over the phone to collect bags at $3.40 each. You can then set them next to your cart on your next collection day.
- If you have extra bags of recycling you wish to get collected, they can be set next to your cart in CLEAR plastic (kitchen size) bags and will be collected for free. (The contractor may ask you to get set up with a second cart if they see this habitually at your address)

Please contact Public Works if you have questions about these changes at (608) 837-3050.
