The Lions International Youth Camp & Exchange Program is about "World Peace through Cultural Understanding" and involves family hosting & a one week overnight camp for youth traveling to Wisconsin for about 4-5 weeks mid July - Mid August, and also sending Wisconsin youth abroad to experience culture at one of ~135 Lions International Youth Camps in ~30 countries worldwide.

Ember Madison - CANCELLED
Ember Foods is a potential food vendor for the Madison Public Market due to open late 2021. Ember Foods will offer International cuisine - Best of Middle Eastern, Indian, Australian and Turkish dishes and snacks.
Ember Foods is currently supplying food to Willy Street Co - Op and soon to Metcalfe.
We have participated at Bodega at Breese Stevens and at Shake the lake with a big success. We also participated at food sampling for Madison Public Market at the actual site of the proposed market location in Madison with a great success.
We also teach at cooking classes held at Meadow Ridge Public Library and at Orange Tree Imports in Madison.

We are a small business that make Southeast Asian Condiments and sell them at retails and events. Our condiments are Sambal Nyonya; Ginger Garlic and Satay Peanut Nyonya. All products are handmade in small batches and produced locally using all natural ingredients (no MSG, non-GMO, vegetarian). Madame Chu's products represent the authentic flavors and techniques passed from generation to generation with a mission to fill the void of Southeast Asian flavors in the market.
