The City Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the city, and ensures that city services are delivered and provided to the citizens efficiently and effectively.
The City Administrator has established the following objectives for this office:
Continuing the development of a "customer-driven" organizational culture among the staff.
Meeting service level needs of the citizens while ensuring the most cost effective delivery of those services.
Continuing efforts toward more effective communication strategies with citizens through enhanced public awareness and public education programs.
Strengthening the relationship between the City Council and staff by building bridges in communication to facilitate the relationship.
Continuing the informative, cooperative endeavor of providing the best available information to the City Council to help them remain effective and successful in their offices.
Anticipating the future population and area growth of the city as a result of continued development, ensuring resources are leverage to meet the expectations of existing and new residents.
