SPVFD RECEIVES GRANT FROM FIREHOUSE SUBS PUBLIC SAFETY FOUNDATION
The Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation just awarded the Sun Prairie Volunteer Fire Department a grant for more than $11,000 to purchase a thermal imaging camera and two gas detectors. The Foundation awards grants through a competitive application and review process.
“This grant affords the SPVFD the opportunity to relieve the taxpayers of the Sun Prairie Fire District with more than $11,000.00, while still receiving state-of-the-art equipment to assist in life-saving measures. We appreciate this grant award and the partnership with Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation,” said Fire Chief Joe Seltzner.
